Can I return a purchase?

You may exchange your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. All exchanges must be in their original condition otherwise they will not be accepted.

All postage costs to return a purchase will be at the cost of the customer.

Is there a shipping cost?

For all orders within Australia, there is a $10 standard delivery fee. Please allow up to 10 business days for deliveries.

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes, we offer local pick up in Newcastle. Please send us an email via our contact page or DM via Instagram @_bycoast to organise a day and time.

How do I clean my coasters?

Using a damp cloth, gently wipe over your coasters. Do not put coasters in the dishwasher or completely emerge in water.
